A strategic financial planning session for women navigating business ownership, leadership income, and long-term wealth decisions.

LeadHERship Lounge is not a networking event.
It is a strategic working room.

This session is designed for women who are building companies, leading organizations, managing complex households, preparing for retirement, or stewarding growing wealth — and want clarity about what to prioritize next.

Using insights drawn from three integrated planning frameworks:

• Financial Planning for Women
• Financial Planning for Business Owners
• Retirement Strategy Design

Tara Schneider will guide attendees through the structure behind confident decision-making — what matters first, what matters later, and what most people overlook entirely.

Together, we will explore:

• what decisions deserve attention now versus later
• how business and personal planning intersect
• the risks many women don’t see coming until it’s too late
